Our overarching goal is to promote the use of neuromarketing as a  fundamental tactic to drive marketing performance.

We want to ensure the growth of our industry and make neuromarketing accessible to every marketer in Australia.

As a not-for-profit membership organisation we are proud to support members across Australia. Our  members  cover the entire marketing and neuromarketing industry  from corporate marketing managers, CMO’s, Marketing Directors, marketing assistants, marketing graduates, freelancers, marketing agencies, neuromarketing agencies and many more.

Through our content, training, research and support, we help members leverage neuromarketing to drive the performance of their marketing.

Annemi Olivier – Chairman

Annemi has completed various degrees, including an Honours and BA degree in Psychology and in 2016 received her Master’s in Business Leadership, specialising in the psychology of marketing and brands.

She has previously founded the Neuromarketing Association in South Africa as well as run her own Neuromarketing agency for 5 years there, before emigrating to Australia

Annemi is a highly sought-after speaker, presenting at numerous consumer, marketing, and neuromarketing conferences in multiple countries.

She has over 15 years’ experience in marketing strategy & execution. She has led departments for well-known corporates and led the strategic and corporate marketing portfolio at Vodacom where her team was awarded the CEO award for her part in the Vodacom/Vodafone rebrand, one of the largest rebrands in Africa to date.

Rich Rowe – Advisory Board Member

Throughout a 20-year corporate marketing career, Rich has always been fascinated by sales psychology and understanding purchasing behaviour.

While managing marketing teams across 34 countries, he was able to incorporate best practices from around the world to develop strategies to drive performance.

Rich is the co-founder of Eloquent, a Sydney based marketing agency that uses Neuromarketing as a competitive edge to drive the performance of their campaigns. He is also the co-founder of Neuromarketing Labs, which supports agencies by providing Neuromarketing testing at scale.

Sean Withford – Advisory Board Member

As one of the founding team at Linkedin, Sean used his knowledge of consumer behaviour to design and execute digital strategies for 1,000+ businesses across APAC.

Sean is the co-founder of Eloquent, a Sydney based marketing agency that uses Neuromarketing as a competitive edge to drive the performance of their campaigns. He is also the co-founder of Neuromarketing Labs, which supports agencies by providing Neuromarketing testing at scale.
